2009
New York 2009 - I went to NYC with some college friends for a week of low budget fun. Highlights were Times Square on New Year's Eve and a day trip to Philadelphia.
Japan 2009 - For three weeks, my friend Laura and I explored Japan, from The Mountain of Dread to the Floating Shrine of Miyajima.
Memphis in May 2009 - I went with my family to the Memphis in May Blues Festival.
2008
Scandinavia 2008 - I spent a beautiful month getting my first taste of Sweden, Finland, and Norway.
Costa Rica 2008 - I went with a school group to Costa Rica and spent one week seeing the cloud forests and the beaches, and a second week living with a host family.
